Who is the controller

What is collected

Only the enquiry form fields, plus the language and the address of the page you sent it from. Nothing else. The page address is just the path of the page where the form was filled in (for example /en/contacts); no browsing history is collected. There is no account system, no login and no user profile.

Legal basis

Processing takes place solely on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form. The consent is recorded together with the enquiry: the date and time of submission and the version of the consent wording you agreed to are kept with it. Consent remains valid until you withdraw it.

Who receives the data

There is no database: the submission is not stored anywhere on this site. There is one recipient, Telegram: the contents of your enquiry arrive in an internal staff chat so the team sees it immediately.

Telegram's servers are outside the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the transfer is a cross-border transfer and takes place on the basis of your consent.

If sending fails

If the submission cannot be passed on, the form opens your own mail client with the message pre-filled. In that case the data travels through your own e-mail provider, not ours, and you send it yourself.

How long it is kept

No longer than 12 months from the date of the enquiry. After that the enquiry and the correspondence about it are deleted, unless longer retention is required to perform a contract that has been signed or by law.

Withdrawing consent and deletion

To withdraw your consent, ask for your enquiry and the correspondence about it to be deleted, or find out what data has been processed, write to inbox@qpspace.com. There is no separate form for this. We reply and act on the request within a reasonable period of receiving it.

Enquiries from Kazakhstan

Enquiries received from the Republic of Kazakhstan are processed on the basis of the data subject's consent under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection" No. 94-V.

The supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Committee for Information Security of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Visit analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, and only after you have accepted it in the banner at the foot of the page. Before you decide, and if you decline, no Google script is loaded and no request reaches a Google server. The legal basis is your consent, not legitimate interest. The cookie notice lists the cookies involved and how long they last.

What is collected is non-identifying information about the visit: the pages viewed, the source of the visit, an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, the device and browser type, and the page language. It is not linked to enquiries sent through the form.

The recipient of the Google Analytics data is Google LLC (USA). This is a cross-border transfer outside the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, made on the basis of your consent. Visit data is retained in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months. The hosting provider and the Cloudflare delivery network that serve the site necessarily see a visitor’s IP address — without it the pages cannot be delivered to the browser.

You can withdraw consent at any time through the “Analytics settings” link in the site footer; after that the script is not loaded again. Google Signals and ads personalisation are switched off.

What we do not do

We do not pass enquiry data to anyone other than the recipients named above, do not use it for mailings, and do not build profiles. The site runs no advertising systems, no retargeting and no profiling. The only measurement on the site is Google Analytics, which runs only with your consent; it is described above.
